they should re-open up Redrix Claymore quest then - it has been banished away since Year 1 - time to break it out again - I know, I know, they said that they wouldn't BUT they also said when Cosmodrone made an appearance it would be One Time Limited Event.

You can get the broadsword, which is just an objectively better version of the claymore

I have the broadsword that is not the point. Bungie is opening up an activity that was a limited time event - and once gone was not going to be able to be re-visited which is why Thunderlord WAS ADDED to the exotic loot pool After the event was over.
