Why is that surprising? Only a very few devs release a game with the same graphics you see at E3. Very very few release a game with better graphics you see at E3.

Anyone expecting the final game to look like the reveal trailer deserves to be fooled. It’s not really relevant anyway. The final game still looks pretty great. Plus it’s fun to play - so who cares whether the graphics were downgraded.

I really hate how thwy changed from a realistic looking game to an comicbook style of graphics. We need to thanks current gen consoles for that. They always hold us back
