I am either very unlucky or there's a bug with dismantling the Black Armory versions of Y1 weapons. I have yet to get the Refurbished Black Armory shader (RBA). I have done literally everything else for Blacksmith. I've dismantled at least 50 pieces of gear with it. In this process, I often noticed the game have a little loading symbol for the loot from dismantling the BA version of Y1 weapons with the shader. In the picture attached, I have screenshotted the symbol. Not a single time has that symbol ever become anything, other than just show up.
