Sadly, Bungie condemns name n' shame for the purpose of people going on a march on their Twitch, Reddit, Facebook, etc. and spam-flooding them with stuff like "I hope you die in a ditch, troll; git gud fgt; you should be permabanned from PSN/XB for this crap, loser." Although there's nothing they can do if their name gets put out on something else... heh.
