I'd like to use JR again. It's just not even a top 10 pick anymore.

It’s was truly an amazing scout in D1 and the beginning of D2 but then the nerfers in the sandbox trash it down to a green level.

How was JR good at the start of D2? High impact scouts were garbage in general back then, and JR has almost nothing to distinguish it as an exotic. I don’t think it has ever been good in D2.
