Resonate Stems not dropping
I've gotten 3 resonate stems and now they've completely stopped dropping for me. I've killed yellow bars. I've run patrols. I've done public events and nothing. I left the fireteam I was in. I joined back up. I've run solo. I restarted the game and nothing is working.
