Favorite monster Hunter weapon
Call me crazy but I really like the hammer. There's just something about huge hits that's break every bone in a monsters body.

2 RepliesGS for me. I’m really glad they brought back the Jho gear with all the bells and whistles. Nothing is more satisfying than [b][i]EXPAND SWORD[/i][/b] on that 3rd charge.

I love the Bow Long Sword and Charge Blade are both amazing Starting out with the Greatsword and Hammer and both seem really fun!

[b]Gunlance[/b]. On PS4, the Triangle + Circle / Triangle / Circle / Circle kicks ass. I'm also only Hunter Rank 9 after 36 hours into the damn game. So take my words with a grain of salt.

I was mostly a lance/gunlance fellow but my last fight with an odogabara using a charge blade is making me think I should switch to dual blades and charge blades. I also might give bows a try. Quick reminder, dragon and non-elemental weapons are better for the second half of the game, right?

2 RepliesMy favorite is the bow, because of how fluid and evasive it is. It's pretty funny too, because it was one of my least favorite weapons in previous Monster Hunter games.

Insect glaive and a hammer are my favorites ,but both bowguns were my starting weapons in this game so they are high on my favorites list too . Currently playing with great sword/long sword and sometimes the dual blades .

Gs all day, then charge blade, then light bow gun

i've always loved my GS. i'm usually in favor of high damage slow hitting weapons. if i'm not swinging my GS, i usually run a Hammer or GL set.
