Chaining precision shots create a chain of void light energy to nearby enemies damaging them slowly. The idea here is every 3 ticks of ammo that are precision shots would throw out a smaller beam to a nearby enemy, damaging stunning or blinding them slightly, take your pick. Stacks up to 3 mini beams of awesomeness. Use the same animation as a shadowshot on a smaller scale when its active.
