Watching a Weekly Reset Youtube Video Just Summed Up Why D2 is So Boring
Just tried to watch a 3 minute video of destiny 2 and the weekly reset. I couldn't even get through it it was so boring.
It wasn't the YouTube creators fault, It's just that there's nothing interesting in the game.
You're pretty much have to do the exact same thing we've done thousands of times to earn tokens. I hate tokens. I hate that ever verse has all of the stuff and things that we would have gone after in D1 through playing the game. I hate that there's no prison of elders or archons forge type of activity where you can go in kill some dude's in grind for specific loot.
It's just so boring.

D1 has 3 weekly treasure boxes on reset I get them every Tuesday. After those are complete I might do nightfall and a few strikes, including nightfall bounties, then what? I’m not d2s greatest fan right now but it has more to offer on reset day than d1 excluding raids of cause. I love d1 but after the couple hours every Tuesday I don’t wanna play it again till next Tuesday. Funnily enough I play d2 all week till reset, I’ve found a small active clan who haven’t done raids before so times spent learning them together doing the mile stones prestige nightfall etc etc.

It’s literally just Oh Crucible milestone Clan milestone Public event milestone Nightfall Heroic strike Raid milestones There’s no “Enjoyment” in milestones especially seeing as once you complete it it’ll be back in either 1-5 weeks like you never completed it to begin with.

Yup. I'm sick of having to use Everess to get my shaders too. All the good stuff is behind her engrams. Without the ornaments how am I supposed to use my merciless properly?! I have to use the LOUSY normal sparrows instead of the exotic ones cos she's the only one who sells them and to cap it off all my guns blew up cos I only have the iron banner space ship and no exotic ones.
