*She did not flinch, her head making a sort of hollow [i]tong[/i] each time he patted it. She angled her head up to look into his “face.”*
<You may be the first person to confuse me for an animal, unless this is just how you have been programmed to be friendly. I am in fact an android, similar to yourself although we appear to be made for different purposes.>
*Her voice was feminine, but it had about the same sound quality as an old walkie-talkie.*

When the feminine android spoke, the large robot pulled the arm back in surprise. It bent down and observed the android before pushing on her chest lightly with a cannon as if to test her balance.

*She took a single step back when he pushed her, without leaning or stumbling. And though her head was metal, her body certainly looked and felt organic. It was like whoever created her wanted to mimic a real creature, but gave up the second they got passed the neck.* <I would prefer it if you did not touch me there again.>

The robot stood up again and continued to stare downwards with curiosity. It walked around her, trying to get a look at her back. "[i]Specimen Unknown.[/i]"

*She didn’t turn her head to watch him as he moved around her. Her tail swished a bit with curiosity, sticking out of a hole in the back of her trench coat.* <My name is Alice. Alice-142.>

"[i]Balice-349? Confirm.[/i]" It didn't hear her right, messing up her name horribly as it poked her tail with a gun.

*She let out a surprised squeak and turned around, pronouncing her name more clearly.* <Alice-142... And do not touch me there either...>

"[i]Callice-163?[/i]" It tilted its head again, sounsing confused.

*She shook her head and raised her voice.* <Alice-142!>

"[i]Phallice-445?[/i]" The robot shrugged. "[i]Strange Designated Name.[/i]"

"[i]Alice-169? Why are you yelling?[/i]" The bot poked her chest again. "[i]Are you on a period?[/i]"
