I share in your hysterical laughter at the trivial request from the OP. But no items are locked behind any pay wall, absolutely everything can be obtained in time by just playing the game. Delayed, behind a pay wall maybe, but not locked. Being upset about a bunch of meaningless cosmetic garbage being hard to obtain is almost as comical as the OP. So many more important problems with the current state of this game.
