[spoiler]We have a few unaffiliated factions as it is, so just be aware that Rubicon will probably have a few restraints on it. Nothing big like they can't do anything without permissions, I'm just saying we might have the NTR put them on a leash of sorts and all.

[spoiler]The faction would argue that it doesn't need to be on a leash, and that if the NTR wants to do that, they should outright hire Rubicon. If the faction acts alone, it generally does what it wants But for the sake of avoiding war, I'll leave it be[/spoiler]
