*Mortar smiles somewhat, excited that there will be a good chance that they will live here.* Alrighty then! Follow me. *He heads towards an elevator, watiting for everyone, including Serenity and her father* You two coming too?

The doors close and it slowly goes down to the first floor, opening in the lobby. He then walks over to the door, and, holding it open, waits for the rest to follow*
