JT looked to be experienced at freerunning, despite being such a heavy and armed figure. He was easily crossing what should have been the hardest gaps and using his grappling hook Aug to grab and swing across lightposts, eventually using it to slingshot himself up the building in only a matter of seconds. Where did he get this experience, though?

“Where did you learn that?”
-
"I'm from a place where being augmented ain't legal. And because of that, ain't no cop going to take my side in a mugging case or anything, so I kinda took to the rooftops. Literally all of my friends were like that too. Not augmented, just rooftop dwellers."

“Hm.” She kept her thoughts to herself as she moved upwards.
-
JT was waiting at the top for her.
-
“So, what exactly did you want to show me from up here?”
-
"Do you have a phone on you? A map, maybe?"
-
“Nope. I haven’t got anything but my knives, my gun, and my clothing.”
-
"Damn... Alright, here." JT reached into his duster pocket and grabbed his phone. After deleting he browser history (mostly prosthetic facts) and his contact list, he handed it to Divia. "Yours now. There's an app called "Tatakai Map", open it and click "Dojoville." Aight?"

She opened it and took a look.
-
She found basically Google maps on steroids, with a bunch of stores marked on the map.
-
She scans it over carefully. “Do you have any idea where I can get a job?”
-
"Do you need one? I can straight up fund you for doing some shit for me."
-
“Yes. What sort of shit?”
-
"General shit. I need a hand, you come help."
-
“I agree to those terms.” She says, coldly and focused on the city, eyes flickering back and forth over its streets and houses.
-
"Cool. Also, you mind telling me what I can call you?"
-
“Divia, Betrachter, Nazir, Mirumono, aanschouwer, Sakshay, spectateur, paratritis, ochevidets,” She stops. “I think it’s one of those. Or maybe all of them. Maybe none of them.”
-
"Let's just roll with Divia, aight?"
-
“Agreed. It sounds the most likely to be a normal name.”
-
"So you dont remember it?"
-
“I remember all those. Titles, names, project labels maybe. I know they mean me but not much else.”
-
"You remember? What?"
-
“I said I remember those words and know they mean me. So I guess they’re my names.”
-
"You're fûckin' wierd, you know that?"
-
“Yep.” She says totally unabashedly.
