The community literally asked for ‘tokens’ or more specifically raid ‘shards’ in destiny one. And what is the fundamental difference between tokens and receiving ‘xp’ to rank up? I don’t really see any. If anything it benefits the players because they can stock pile tokens on all three characters and cash them in on the one character they choose.
