I agree. I still enjoy committing genocide against the alien invaders as a way to blow off steam after work, but I don't feel compelled to play like D1. The game is just OK.

Yes, this ^ I don't mind playing....for a short while. It just lacks that addictive nature of D1. I was like a crack whore sucking for random gun rolls. In D2 I don't even swallow!
