Well as someone who has ran successful business for nearly 30 years and am about to retire at 47 I think I can safely say I am one of the forum users who DO actually know how business works.
Here’s a bit of real world business acumen for you. IF I treated my customers the way games developers treat theirs I would have gone bust a long time ago.

I expect that you had millions of customers that you had to satisfy. You were also able to meet unrealistic expectations of those millions of people as well.
