What I said in that post is still true today. None of the 3rd party overlays or performance tools like Discord, Xsplit, OBS, RTSS, etc. will cause a player to be banned, you can read more about that [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46101]here[/url]. If you are trying to attach cheat tools, debuggers, or manipulate games files, those are things that can result in a ban.

While the third party applications and overlays [b]may[/b] have not caused the bans, it still seems people were wrongfully hit with the hammer. Look dude, I don't hate you or Bungie, but you guys seriously need to learn how to be straight up honest with us. If you don't know what's wrong, say you don't know what's wrong. Because situations like this, make Bungie seem like a company filled with forked tongues.

I've always said "don't shoot the messenger", but seeing you reply to this personal post and not the one with 2.3k upvotes simply asking for a response from you or anyone... idk if you can get defended about that. If you are being told not to respond I can see why, but it feels like yet another slap in the face to all of us.

Cozmo, Why don't you get together with the head of your security team and do a five minute video. Say how many bans have been handed out. How many are permanent. Most importantly tell us some of the percentages. Like 33% of permanent bans are for using this program. 15% for blank. I think this would be a very appreciated response.
