banned for nothing
Well I'm seeing many other people saying that they are being banned simply in the first second they are entering the game as I did not even have how to create the character and I did not have the possibility to enter I believe that the program has a bug I read all the rules and I did not nothing to be banned wanted an official response to believe in a bungie transparency.
if you have also been banned without doing anything post here to know the problem!
edit1: apparently a lot of people are being banned for some random reason even without any linked overlay application.

bump so bungie knows they should be doing something. I would also look into filing a complaint with the right people and possibly taking legal action against them. Just organize it on here and start gathering people together via messages and create a discord group for you all if you have to. They can ignore you. Fine. But you'll get your money back and more in the end from them.

What a wonderful tuesday... *Edit: Contacted Blizz support, love those guys! But they sadly cant do anything about it. Suggests me to check Bungie, I could see the GM feeling bad about the whole thing. Bungie not having a 1on1 support system is unnaceptable. Dont get me going on not being able to dispute bans like their system is perfect. Steam's VAC had issues of innocents getting banned in the past (see modern warfare 2 pc), how the hell can they act like theyre above all that? Anyway, all we can do now is wait, fun times my friends.

5 RepliesSo after 40 min on bnet support chat I got my refund (I think, haven't confirmed with my bank yet). I strongly suggest you all do the same before its too late, and maybe, MAYBE, buy the game again when all of this is solved.

3 RepliesPut me on the list as well. I'm trying not to get upset but it's very difficult. Pre-loaded and excitedly waited for release day, ran home after work jumped on ready to play. Started up the first level got to the part where you put your ghost in the console, game crashed three times in a row. Forth time starting it up got the ban message. I wasn't hacking not even close, don't have any hacking software installed and never have. I did have MSI afterburner in the background for my GPU overclock. Dunno if that's really what did it or not. Rip our money I guess. I'm very sad to see that Bungie won't help (I really hope this isn't the case). They've fallen far from the days of early Halo it appears. I can't even find a way to contact support. Can someone post up some info on this?

1 Replysame here. I've been trying to get the game to launch since 1pm EST. I was live on Twitch with major hype happening for the launch, and when I logged into the Launcher to open the game, I was immediately slapped in the face with a 'Not so Fast' message and told my account is banned. Intolerable is the only 'nice' word that comes to my mind with this situation. I hope for Bungie's sake that they fix this and fast otherwise I smell a lawsuit.
