Panta had a look of horror when he described what had happened, but put on a smile to match Grant's at the end.
"Only fifty-three? I could've sworn you've been around since the stone age."
She laughed a little, joking.

Grant lets out a small chuckle, she seemed to be cheering him up. "Obviously. Totally helped invent the wheel too." He chuckles again, much less pleased with his own joke. "Are you hungry? I can cook something real quick... If we still have power."
-
The girl giggled at his joke. "Hmm....Why not have Bedlam get us something to eat? That way you don't have to work. I'd rather you didn't stress yourself out too much, father."
-
"I haven't seen him all day, Panta. If he's back through the house you can yell for him or something. But how about you go out some actual clothes on so you can get out of my old, dirty duster?"
-
"That's probably a good idea. From what you've taught me this duster is apparently inappropriate." Panta got up and took off the duster before running off to go find Bedlam and put on some real clothes. She returned later with her standard skirt and t-shirt. "I think he was sleeping, but he'll be out shortly."
-
"When did I ever say the duster was inappropriate? You were just naked under it and you can't close the front." Grant leans back on the couch, smiling yet again.
-
"I meant the fact I was only wearing the duster and you made sure I understood underwear is a thing after all the incidences with my skirt..." "Hello! What's happening my lovely friends?" Bedlam entered the room with a smile, wider than normal with no sign of malice. Someone was in a good mood.
-
"You have a good nap, Bedlam? Or whatever, I don't know what you do back there. I can't exactly check... Outside is a wasteland. Just got out from there a little bit ago. This is the only house still standing for miles."
-
Bedlam nodded at the mention of destruction and shrugged. "There's your answer. The f*ck ton of chaos that must've happened outside has just fueled me up a sh*t load, y'know? I haven't felt this great since...ever!"
-
"I get it makes you feel good, but can you try and be sensitive to other people about it? A lot of people died in a short period of time today. More than any other time in Dojo history, I'd guess. It's... A sad day, that's for sure. But it's good that you're feeling better."
-
"Oh...sorry. At least you guys are okay. I may act like a d*ck to you guys sometimes, but you're like a really weird and distant family to me. Well, what does everyone want to eat? Food is on me! Nothing cheers people up like some awesome food!" The young man chuckled.
-
Grant chuckles, and nods. "You're right about that. And food sounds pretty good. I wanna gonna cook, but I kinda broke my prosthetic kicking in our door."
-
Bedlam glanced at the broken door and sighed before flicking his wrist, the door fixing itself over a span of a few seconds. "Good thing I'm more stable now." "Something yummy! Something different!" Panta chimed in, a smile on her face.
-
"Good thing indeed, Bedlam. If you weren't we'd have a lot more problems around the place." When Panta speaks, he chuckles slightly. "What she said."
