I can honestly say I read the main OP, and thought I get what he felt led to him not wanting to play D2 anymore.
Then I saw this reply and thought...wait a tick, exactly. I remember when games came out...good or bad. You payed/played loved it or hated it and moved on.
The simple fact remains, people have and continue to buy D2. People are playing D2. If it’s not for you then great move on.

You only see this in "forum world". In "real life world" we just move on to the next game.

I know. Somewhere along the way, people began to think you were only allowed to play one game. But I feel, in its current state, D2 is a game you do your weekly activities...and then you play something else until reset. I'll play more on weeks with IB and similar events. But for the most part, we need the carrot. We have no carrot.
