FRUSTRATING NIGHTMARE Clan management issues
Sorry to keep posting, but me, my girlfriend and my friend have put multiple posts on here, and on Twitter and we are no closer to a solution.
Our clan exists in game, but not on the iOS app, Android app or website meaning that we can't access any clan management features or change our banner. If you look at our profiles, no clan. In game however we are earning XP and getting clan rewards.
Leave and create a new clan you say? I can't, because I'm the founder. It won't let me leave in game, and because we can't access clan management options, I can't do anything about it.
I've seen the link to the Clans page that people have shared. The problem is, you need your clan ID. I can't get my clan ID because I can't go to my clan page... because it doesn't show/exist in the apps or on the website.
There does not appear to be any solution without Bungie intervention.
Please help!!!

8 RepliesHello, Thank you for your report. We are actively tracking some issues impacting Bungie.net and the Destiny Companion App that are blocking players from Clan Management. I will forward this to the appropriate team for investigation.

So. Season two. And this is still a -blam!-ing issue.

Fixed it. Go to Bungie.net. You should now be able to access your clan page. For me it showed my clan was created 7 minutes ago even though we’ve been in the clan for weeks. You still can’t edit the clan banner via the web, but once the clan is created through the web, you then have access to all the options in the app, including the ability to create the clan banner.

Oh well, so much for that theory. Still can’t change the clan banner or promote anyone to Admin

So in the continuing saga of the broken clan access, I now have a yellow flashing dot at the top of the page, but still nothing else except it telling me to create a new clan. Come on Bungie me ole buddy, me ole pal, any plans to sort this?
