So whats with the mass amount of error codes that have been popping up as you get closer to shadow keep I am trying to get the not forgotten but keep getting randomly error coded out making it impossible to increase my glory rank and has been happening to alot of my friends as well this is becoming an issue

Make sure you clear your caches on the XB1 - pretty much has to be done after every update since they tend to also change server info - information the console caches if it was already in Destiny before the update, or if you use Instant-On mode. Unplug power from the console for about 10 minutes. This clears both the game and system caches. While waiting, you can also reset your modem/router. Just make sure the network is completely rebooted before restarting the console.

Anyonw know how to find out why i earned 2 emblwms not in my emblem slot on charecter sheet i go to collections says i earned them but cant evwn reaquire them

Depends on what the emblems are. Some emblems are not actually emblems, and are variants of other emblems. The most common ones people run into are certain crucible and gambit variants. If you take the base activity emblem from your collection, you can inspect it and equip the variant the same way you would an ornament on a piece of gear.

Yep, those are two of the primary ones in question. Pull the "Playin' The Odds" emblem from your collection, and you can equip either of those two as variants.

I need help I linked the wrong Bungie account to the cross save and now I don’t have any characters I need help talking on the phone would be a lot of help cause I don’t know what to do.

You will need to deactivate cross save first. Then you can head to your profile settings > accounts and linking where you can unlink the account you don’t want and link a new account.

my friend switched from xbox to pc using cross save and he isnt allowed to go to the tangled shore, he had forsaken on xbox and it should've switched over, he even has ace of spades, but he's being asked to buy forsaken on the map instead of letting him go to the tangled shore.

Hi I was hoping you could help me with a small problem I have encountered with bringing my Xbox account to PC. I played on xbox from launch of destiny 1 to curse of Osiris of destiny 2. After that point I stitched to pc. When Bungie announced cross save I realized I could play on my old xbox account (which has lots of rare items) one of the items being the Honors of the Nine shader, which was noticeably gone from my collections. I dismantled the two pieces of gear it was on in hopes of getting it to drop but to no luck I didn’t get it. May I get some help with this? Thanks!

I have an error that says required content not found because I bout the manual pass not knowing I needed the expansion and you bungie remove this error from my account as I only want to play I deleted my old profile and even made a new account on Xbox dedicated to destiny. HELP!

Curious about the new shadowkeep, I purchased foresaken and gained full access to gambit etc and I want to pre order the latest release but I am unsure what season passes that means I have and how if I preorder the deluxe addition does that mean I get season of undying and access to the next 4? It was unclear on the description

To activate cross save I set my pc account as my main account accidentally, yet I would like to set my Xbox as my main account. However when I try to deactivate cross save, I cannot because it said that I recently purchased silver, and I have to wait 50 days. Please help me out Bungie. I really want to play Shadowkeep on my Xbox account, but I can't. If you could help me out that would be amazing!

I just came back to destiny2 after a year and my pre-ordered annual pass is gone but everything that came with it is still downloaded but the pass itself isn't and the game says I need to rebuy the annual pass

I have the base game for destiny 2 the forsaken destiny disc in I have the annual pass for destiny 2 in a pop error keeps showing everytime I log in telling me to purchase forsaken which I already have what do I do to get rid of the error message

The disc is just the base Destiny 2 game and does not include any DLCs. If you purchased a physical copy that says it includes Forsaken, it should be via redeemable codes that come with it.

Hello Kellogs I am hoping you can help me on this, For the last couple of days I have been stuck in trial mode. It will say trial mode in the upper left corner of the screen, and no longer let me go to the city nor will it let me play in any raids or pvp battles. I do still have all my saved content though all my equipment, and all my progress is still there. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it to no avail, tells me i need to purchase the full version, even though when i look in my PS library it says i have the full game along with all the expansion packs. I have also tried contacting PS about this matter and they are telling me it's a licensing issue and i must talk to Bungie about this.

Bungie, hello, should I buy a solstice glow for silver if I have a time limit (pvp and gambit as far as I don’t know) and can’t get sets? You can at least tell me how limited my access is so that I just do not spend my money. I'm not asking to say why , since you are still ignoring, but tell me if I can get the armor and use it. And will the Event be extended or only Moments of Triumph? Thank! Sorry for the bad english. I really hope for your answer English #Help
