I bought Forsaken Legendary Collection DLC on blizzard but it didn’t transfer to Destiny. Please help

Do you mean it didn’t transfer when you cross save? This is intended if so. Licenses are applicable for the platform they were purchased on.

I did the quest for the dreambane armor but it didn't give me the armor and I can't get the quest anymore

An issue with loading the game from steam.The game begins to "run" then stops and at times it will say I'm playing when I am not thus accumulating false playtime and even alerting friends that I am "playing Destiny 2 when there is no window for me to play on and 99% of the time it does not appear in the Task Manager and rarely does it show in it but there is still no way to get the game to actually start up. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it about 5 times now and restarted my computer an equivalent amount of times and then some. Can I get some assistance with this ASAP as I've been attempting every possible means and am on the verge of just uninstalling the entirety of Steam and reinstalling to see if it works and I'd rather not. I have @ed Bungie Support on Twitter and made two separate forum posts here on the site under two different sub categories of which the issue may pertain to. I know my PC specs are decently above the minimum and recommended so I have no clue as to what it may be. Thank you in advance! Sincerely, A Concerned Guardian

My code for taken king says it has already been used I called Xbox support they said take the game back to the store and get a replacement they said the seal has been broken and they cannot take it back I called Xbox support again and they said call Bungie and they can generate a new code for me what do I do ?

Hi I got two problems that I need help with first: I brought forsaken form the PS store and now on steam it ask me to re buy forsaken to access it's content so my question is this do I need re buy forsaken to play it on steam and second question: I brought the deluxe edition of shadowkeep and didn't get the season pass rewards I would very much appreciate if you or any other bungie stuff will help me with this situation of mine

Forsaken will need to be purchased for any platform that you intend to play on. As for season pass, what are you missing?

I am not sure but when I click the season of undying tab on eververse it tell me to buy it with silver. And I did not get the erena's vow from the seasonal rewards I would very much appreciate if you or any other bungie stuff will help me with this situation of mine

So I just hopped back on my pc to play destiny 2 and heard about the whole move to steam thing. I was playing on battle net but never linked my account to a bungie account. So now when I go to transfer it says I have nothing on my battle net account but I don't think it ever actually linked the accounts. So how do I solve my problem of moving from battle net to steam?

I had bought the forsaken expansion for my PlayStation and when i got my account transferred to PC I no longer had forsaken, why is this?

Licenses are only available on the platform they were purchased for. You will need to purchase Forsaken for PC if you want to play on that platform.

Hey i really doubt u could help me or even read this but I pre ordered Shadowkeep and its not here and doesnt even say i own it but i have all the normal updates just dont have the dlc. Though i checked my installed add ons and it even said that both shadowkeeps were there so i uninstalled them so i could reinstall them but now nothing is there and its jist gone forever idk what to do the money had came out my bank when i pre ordered just help please thanks

You should reach out to Microsoft customer support if they charged you for the transaction but the license wasn’t applied to your account.

Hello, I have played D2 on the blizzard service, and I was banned for 500 years for my internet dropping too many times. When I linked my blizzard account to steam, hoping I could at least save the items, I am still restricted access to the game. When I try to unlink, it doesn't allow me because I the account was banned. Even this ban happened months ago, I still would love to play your game with friends. If you can help me, that would be deeply appreciated.

Hi i doubt id get a response but im just gonna ask. I git a new ps4 and been a couple years now i think since i have played destiny 1, if i bought a new destiny 1 disk would i still have all the dlcs and everything i put into the game or would i have to rebuy everything since its a new console i was hoping destiny would be like saved in a cloud or some thing lol

Yes you would still have all the DLCs they were originally purchased using your PSN ID.

So today when I was on I got this message saying “ This version of Destiny 2 is no longer available. Stay tuned to Bungie.net for updates on your next adventure.” I understand that the new update is coming soon but why can’t I play Destiny 2 right now?

I logged in today and all three of my accounts where deleted. I don’t know if I was hacked or what. Is there anything bungie can do about it. My psn is Recon76593
