  • Hi, I bought shadow keep a week ago with the season pass, I have just activated cross save and now I have lost my season pass and apparently have to pay for it again? Is there any way I can get this fixed?

  • Hello, every day when I play Shadowkeep I face the very annoying restriction of quest slots. You have a lot of long running quests in the game. Since the quests share their storage slots with the bounties, there is no room (!) left to take new quests or new bounties. This is very frustrating and really holds me and many other players back from progressing in the game. Please increase the number of available quest slots from 63 to at least 126 !   • I can’t access any of the dlc content I payed for after the shadowkeep update, why is this? Can SOMEONE help? I made a new character but cannot access or re play the dlcs I’ve done or continue what I spent money on, I don’t know who I can contact and can’t find anything about this.

  • While on my character, I started to do the izanagi burden quest. I got all the keys regarding max temper for the three forges but Ada-1 will not give me the black armory key mold. Is there a way for her to give it to me or no?

  • so i cant get either my console character or blizzard account character to transfer to steam. both of which have all paid dlc for and the game itself dating back to release. I enabled cross save not on my main account and when i tried to switch it i now have to wait 89 days to play the game ive paid for on two separate platforms with a ton of dlc for. Is this what i am understanding? im supposed to do nothing for 90 days...

  • I cannot get the quests for Legend of Acrius or the Gofannon Forge to drop. I have not completed either and neither are in my inventory. How can i fix this?

  • Ada-1 is not allowing a lot of players to turn in the “Stolen Black Armory Gear”. This is preventing us from accessing our weekly powerful gear, as if we cancel the page where we can’t accept the next stage of the quest, it just sends us to her inventory.

  • trying to find a solution to this? in link thought maybe contacting bungie itself would help but looks like thats not going happen, have you by chance come across this on any of the platforms maybes it'll apply to PC
