Hi, my account has currently been restricted from the crucible for connection issues. I’ve been restricted for 3 weeks now and it’s resulted in me making a new account which I’m not happy about. I had nearly all the exotics and pinnacle weapons so I think it’s a bit unfair that I lose it all because someone’s reported me for lagging out. Fair enough if I was a hacker or a cheater but I’m far from it. My connection has been checked over by my supplier and it’s all fine and good to go so please please please can you try reverse my restriction’ it is literally only for pvp. I can access all the pve game just not gambit or crucible but it’s all I want to play so please I beg you or anyone to try and make this happen. Kind Regards Joe, my account is R06U3one Xbox Platfrom

Hi! So I've gotten new internet, which is much better, and also just plugged in an ethernet cable a few days ago. Both of these incidents have led me to be suspended from matchmaking against other players, first for two weeks and now two months. I know the next restriction is lifetime. I'm trying to avoid that but I can't get in contact with destiny support. How do I contact them? Please help, any help is greatly appreciated

Hey Kellogs, I linked my old PS4 account to my PC account and now I cant unlink it due to the Silver 90 day lockout, I have no way to get around this and would rather not have to wait the 45 days or whatever it is that I have left to unlink this account. Anything you can do to help?

I have a huge grievance. 20 games ago in comp I was at 5000 glory. Got there solo. Since then I’ve gone 10/10, 50% win/loss ratio. I am now at 4360 glory. I stayed even and lost over 600 glory. Explain please.

Not a mentor but kind of a nerd, as you get past where the game considers you belong, your glory gains decrease. This means that by the sounds of it in your case, at around 4k or so, your 'MMR' (where the game thinks you belong) isnt enough to make a 50 percent winrate pull you up.

I purchased a mask and I opened it in my inventory, but I can't find it anywhere to put it on. I checked my helmet ornaments but it wasn't there, I'd really like some help

I’m playing in the middle of a fire zone with no power and I’m using my generator for my computer and my hotspot for my WiFi on pc, my hotspots not the most relatable out where I live but it works well enough. Well sometimes it disconnects and I have to reconnect and I’ll be fine but I got disconnected today mid survival game and I came back to rejoin and it said I’m suspended for leaving to many games when everytime I’ve left I’ve rejoined and the only reason I didn’t complete that game is because of you guys and that screwed over my valor points and my teammates so what the hell is this system?

Okay so I purchased the deluxe edition of shadowkeep and still have not received the items that came with it. Have any ideas on how I can retrieve them? (and yes I did complete the mission for it to show in Eris shop).

Non of the kills or medals I'm getting is counting towards the Randy's Throwing Knife.

The quest requires 14,000 points total. Kills and regular medals are worth 1 point each. Weapon kills medals such as Field Scout, Cold Fusion etc are worth considerably more. Somewhere around 100-150 points each.

Right, I bought the Shadowkeep DLC that ‘comes with’ the season pass so why don’t I have it? I want to have my season pass to get my missing exotic bow, hand cannon, legendary armour set and the vex offensive activity.

I have looked up many thing on the internet, but none seem to have fixed the problem of they just have the same problem. I though it said somewhere it was going to be fixed last Tuesday, but it wasnt. Is there a way you can just push me through to the next step or will it be foxed soon?

How do i get a refund? I just nought shadowkeep and i am apalled that i am playing the same levels and bosses (with a few floating spectres thrown in) that i played in the previous releases of Destiny. What was the marketing and development team thinking, that we would not notice? I spent $60.00 to buy something I already had,? Whomever "Bungie" is should be ashamed. Does it allow you to claim the triumph? I think it’s under competitive > glory.

In the game destiny 2, I noticed a problem. I am trying to comply a bounty from the tribute hall and what I’m doing is not being registered as doing a public event for the bounty and the final blows I that did register for another bounty is being deducted. Example: The bounty shoes that I got 15 out of 25 final blows needed, bet then dropped to 5 out of 25, and then dropped to 1 out of 25. What can I do to fix it?
