Hey Bungie, I did everything for the Divinity quest and did all the puzzled but got kicked out for "connection issues" at the last boss so after I finished, I didn't get anything for it, we did a bunch of work for it and didn't get jack. Can you fix this or something please

Bungie is not a vendor. A vendor is someone your content from. This would be a store or digital retailer such as a console market place.

Did you purchase this code from your console store? Codes will typically come from a physical retailer such as a game store. That would be the retailer.

I have claimed the falling guillotine from seasons yet I haven’t received it in game. Also, when I go to the prismatic recaster. It says I can’t claim the focused umbral(which just gives you cold denial and falling guillotine) because “I haven’t yet claimed the falling guillotine.” Please help as I would like to have the sword for pve.

Logged on destiny 1 yesterday morning before and played a little and leveled up 3 times and got off and went to work and when I got home I got back on and leveled up 2 more times and got disconnected and when I tried to log back on it says I’m account banned and I don’t know why can anyone help me on telling me why I’m banned for no reason.

Hey so I just found out recently if you got the limited edition you were supposed to get an emblem, emote and sword but I thought you only got a sword cuz that's all that I got, is there some way I can get the other 2 missing items?

I have all dlc on pc but i cant link my xbox account back to steam because i have to apparently wait 50 days before i can link it back. Is there anyway you can work around this. I want to play season of arrivals but my cousins took my xbox so the pc is all I got and the summer is one of the few times i can play. Please help me, thanks

i bought Forsaken on console on release. when i was starting the transfer to pc, it said that i had it and it was going to transfer to pc. but when i went to get it on pc, it said that i had to rebuy it. did the dlc's actually not transfer or is steam -blam!-ing up

Dlcs do not transfer from console -> PC or vice versa. They will need to be separately purchased for each platform you intend to play on.

I recently got destiny 1 “The collection” and went to put the code in for the dlc and realized it was expired, is there something I can do?

You’ll have to talk to the retailer you purchased from. Most of not all physical ones for Destiny 1 have now expired. The only way to purchase the Destiny 1 - The Collection is digitally through the console marketplace.

You guys suck BAD. Been trying to get my money back for silver i used to purchase sky/perdition ornament. No response at all. I hope the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU shuts you down for neglect and lack of rendering services for money paid. You guys ignore me, and I paid too much for your game, and in game purchases over the last 7yrs. I feel like as long as you get paid, youll dump on your loyal gamers and patrons

It looks like you launched a few times into the activity the day before. Unfortunately this would have started you at the first checkpoint of the dungeon when you tried most recently, rather than at the actual beginning. You will need to complete it from the very beginning until the end without leaving or going to orbit as this will cause you to start from a checkpoint.

Hi, so I’ve had an account with D2 since it came out and I made all three different guardian types. After a year and a half I kinda got bored so I uninstalled it, when I reinstalled the game to play cause forsaken DLC came out, most of all my Exotics were deleted along with my other two guardians I worked really hard on.. I don’t know if I did anything wrong, did I have a problem linking my account? I even tried deleting and reinstalling the game and it’s still all gone.. I put hours into this game and all the things I really loved are all gone. Only exotics I have are the ones I don’t even like. If there’s no way to contact Bungie what am I supposed to do now? Help please, I’m not trying to regain all the things I’ve unlocked.

I keep getting a weasel error and then I get kicked to the startup screen. Why is this happening I call my internet provider they said it was my router I called the router company and they said they fixed it. But it's still happening I believe it's on your end because I'm running still slow like they didn't fix the patch. Please help me with this situation.

i got into Destiny in 2018 when my friend gave me Destiny 1 i played the crap outta that game so when i finished it and all of its dlc i was excited to start Destiny 2 however when i found out i missed the window for the character transfer i was dissapointed but i didn't think too much of it until i started playing and realized just how bad everythin was without the veteran dialouge it got to a point where i didnt want to play Destiny 2 anymore because of it so im wondering is there any chance yall can bring back the character transfer so i can have my old Guardian back and get that sweet sweet veteran dialouge

I have a problem with my turning speed in destiny 2 when I turn left its slower then what sensitivity is currently on is there any way to prevent this? I know its not the control because I just bought a new one
