I have a issue I did my means to an end pinnacle quest and it never gave me my pinnacle gear for completion

They did at one point. I used it to try to contact them when they never sent me my Solstice of Heroes shirt back in 2018 (and they never replied or sent it, so the company essentially stole $30+ from me.) This company's customer service is absolute garbage.

The Bungie store is separate from the Destiny game and Bungie.net has nothing to do with the Bungie store. The Bungie store has their own customer service who you would need to work with regarding a purchase made there.

So a while ago i got Destiny 2 without Forsaken or shadowkeep and today i bought Destiny 2: Upgrade version. Does that mean that if i start up destiny 2, Forsaken and Shadowkeep are unlocked now ? (Btw sorry for my bad english im from Holland)

Yes, as long as you purchased the Upgrade Edition on the same account you've been playing D2 on.

I preordered beyond light and got zero items I was supposed to get...no shader, no ghost and no emote..

XBOX players need to highlight D2 on the Dashboard, click "Manage game & add-ons" and install the Beyond Light items in the "Ready to install" area. Then, relaunch D2 and view the Cryptarch's inventory in the Tower to claim these items.

My friend was setting up cross save and his characters did not transfer so he now needs to wait 90 days, is there anyway he could get a skip and get his characters back becuase he just made a mistake and just wants his characters back

Hello, Why cant i continue after i have linked and authorized my account on bungie? Idk if it wants me to link my xbox or ps4 or stadia but i dont have them, only steam pls help??

Basically, on the Activate cross save area i have got to the stage where it wants me to link and authorize your accounts, i have done that, my steam one, however where it says continue to get to choose characters, the continue icon is grayed out

You do not need to activate cross save if you do not have the other platforms. It is only intended for use if you plan on playing with your account on another platform. If you do decide to play on another platform, you have to create an account (such as stadia for example), and link it to your profile. I was originally on battle.net Now i am on steam, i would like to use my account which i had used on battle.net and i cant. About 6 to 8 months ago i did play on steam with the account i had on battle.net, however for some reason i cannot now?

Alright, so for this you will need to perform the PC migration. You can get started here. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/pcmove Please note that this is a one time, permanent process. The Battle.net account you choose will permanently overwrite the Steam account you choose. Please ensure you’re choosing the correct accounts.

Yea i have done this, thats what i dont get, it says from my Battle.net id to steam id, and it says its all good, however when i launch my game it pops up with a cross save notification

The cross save is just an option. If you are not planning on using cross save to play on different accounts you can dismiss that. If you’ve already performed the migration then you do not need to do anything.
