  • How do I remove a matchmaking restriction that’s not my fault? My internet was messed up for like half a day. I kept restarting modem and router to fix this and Bungie freaking restricted my account for two weeks!! Please help

  • Hey @kellogs, me and my friends on Xbox 360 have been having problems launching too missions. From getting random error codes everytime to getting sent back to orbit 5 minutes later after you launch to a destination. We enjoy playing the game and hope that they're a nothing bad that happend to the game. Thank you

  • My friend was on my account and tried to use it for getting a free trials flawless by paying, but didn’t know about the non-commercial use policy and “MY” account got banned from listing any fireteams, which is extremely disappointing because I’m a huge supporter of Bungie. Is there any way to take the ban off or for the time to be lessened so I can actually use that feature?

  • They did at one point. I used it to try to contact them when they never sent me my Solstice of Heroes shirt back in 2018 (and they never replied or sent it, so the company essentially stole $30+ from me.) This company's customer service is absolute garbage.

  • The Bungie store is separate from the Destiny game and Bungie.net has nothing to do with the Bungie store. The Bungie store has their own customer service who you would need to work with regarding a purchase made there.

    Oh I had already contacted them, with my transaction number and everything, no reply. They just legit ripped me off. It's one of the main reasons I quit playing for a couple of years.

  • So a while ago i got Destiny 2 without Forsaken or shadowkeep and today i bought Destiny 2: Upgrade version. Does that mean that if i start up destiny 2, Forsaken and Shadowkeep are unlocked now ? (Btw sorry for my bad english im from Holland)

  • XBOX players need to highlight D2 on the Dashboard, click "Manage game & add-ons" and install the Beyond Light items in the "Ready to install" area. Then, relaunch D2 and view the Cryptarch's inventory in the Tower to claim these items.

  • My friend was setting up cross save and his characters did not transfer so he now needs to wait 90 days, is there anyway he could get a skip and get his characters back becuase he just made a mistake and just wants his characters back

  • Basically, on the Activate cross save area i have got to the stage where it wants me to link and authorize your accounts, i have done that, my steam one, however where it says continue to get to choose characters, the continue icon is grayed out
