Unfortunately if you have deactivated cross save you cannot reenable it until the timer is up.

The last three weeks I tried to do the heroic zero hour and the puzzle I get no nanites. The problem isn't that I've already done it each week trust me I've tested this. I've done it each week after reset and I still get no nanites. I have made sure to do it every week to keep checking, and even got another out break perfect but it doesn't work. It is super frustrating because I poured a lot of time into this gun and was super excited to use it but can't complete it because of a glitch. Can you please help. I don't know why it won't work.

Unfortunately licenses from one platform are not compatible with others. When switching platforms you will need to purchase a licenses for any content you intend to play on the new platform.

If you purchased digitally it would be through your console marketplace and they would be the retailer. If you purchased from a brick-and-mortar store they would be the retailer you would contact.

A day ago, i saw that my account is restricted from online matchmaking against other people, and it won’t let me do anything. I didn’t violate the code of conduct either. Matchmaking is the only reason I play the game and they took it, what happened?

I bought Destiny 2 at a Wall-mart and it came with the coldhart exotic pack. I downloaded it, and while dismantling weapons and armor for Banshee-44 i did not notice coldhart unequipped and accidentally dismantlement it. i tried to uninstall it and download it again and nothing happened. Please help...

Unfortunately lost items cannot be restored. Exotic items can be reacquainted from your Collections however. You can find this in the menu next to your inventory.

Licenses do not transfer between platforms. You will need to purchase Forsaken for which each platform you are going to play on.
