I preordered the Deluxe Edition for Beyond Light, and despite reading that my Stranger's Weapon Pack should he waiting for me at the Postmaster, my Postmaster is empty. Is there a way to fix this?

So I spend my hard earn money for a dlc not to mention the delux edition and not get the dlc so now I have to buy it with all the money I have tied up in this game and you take away the one thing I look fort to every season makes me mad words can't describe that fact that I've invested so much money for something that not going to give me thing I deserve oh and I ever pre order the game when it first came out not when it was free so this feel like a big almost 500 dallor investment and idk if I was to play your games again I like to have the money I payed for and you stole from me threw out these years -blam!- you bugine for -blam!-ing me over 😒

Sorry but that doesn’t answer any of my questions. I need to know the specific name of the bundle and when it was purchased. Was this the delux for the original Destiny 2 game or Beyond Light or some other. You can view the name in your recent purchases.

I have payed for destiny 2 beyond light deluxe edition I have all the pre-order bonuses but not game according to the game even though it did not say anything last night when it was released

I have two accounts and I purchased beyond light deluxe on my PlayStation I have received all rewards besides the season passes I have them on the account I purchased it on if I could get the season passes switched over to the other account or not?

The season passes are not eligible to game share as they are silver purchases rather than DLC licenses.

Hey I just today bought beyond light and it gave me a code for steam ( I guess I accidentally picked that I wanted beyond light for steam ) I meant to push the option for Xbox one I haven’t used the code and you can check, I was holding I could get a refund so that I can buy it for Xbox

Hello Bungie I had bought the 2 dlc for Xbox but I have cross save and It never went to my ps4 why do I have to buy the 2 dlc again if I bought it once already on Xbox if you have cross save enabled you should be able to have everything you do on any console to the other all in one

Attempted to connect a second ps4 in our home and began Install or destiny 2. Have separate accounts linked to the PlayStation’s and separate game downloads. My IP has been banned? I’d there a way to fix this issue. I will lose a large amount of money if this cannot be restored.

Also we each have purchased the new DLC pack and do not want to be out all of this money?? Attempted to install the game over the same wifi as the other? Not sure if that’s why this has happened

I have evidence of me completing it solo like video clips, and game history of me doing it solo. I have been doing it solo all day and I didn’t get the triumph. I’m not mad I am just upset because I have spent hours and hours just trying to get it right I was trying to do it flawlessly but I gave up with that. So I try at least completing the dungeon solo so I can get the ghost but I didn’t. I have proof like 100% proof of me completing solo I have the video clips on my Xbox and game history on the bungee.net and on the destiny app. This reason why I am asking is because I really don’t want to do it again.
