Listen I preordered the Beyond light DLC and still haven’t gotten my rewards after the whole story. I even have the downloads on my Xbox and it still hasn’t given me my rewards. I literally just want what I paid for.

Please Ive been looking for answers everywhere. I bought the beyond light deluxe edition, have recieved the cosmetic items such as the sparrow and ghost, but at times cannot access the campaign, and I dont have the season pass. Ive tried re installing, waiting in orbit for hours, and nothing has happened. I tried to post my problem earlier and I still have no answer. This is on steam. I tried to contact steam for help but they just redirect me to these forums. I would really love to play this game but its been impossible to do so. Please help. I have receipts for everything.

I have a problem with the A Guardian Rise quest when I talk to Ikora and he is supposed to give me something and nothing comes out. Can someone tell me what happens. I think it's a glitch or the game will crash. I uninstalled it and took it back down and nothing continues with the same. I need a solution, Please Help Me!

I was unaware at the time that abandoning my Weekly Fragment Quests that I received from The Stranger would completely rid of them until the next week. I've seen a lot of other people with this issue as well. I hope we get cut some slack and can somehow reclaim those quests.

What about my power level? It was at 1100 and now it’s at 962.

My power level IS 1160 but The overall in game opinion is 1002....Beyond The light!

I hope you will see this. My power level went from a 1100 to 962. I still have all my armor and weapons. But I can’t use my kinetic exotic gun. What do I do?

The weapon has been temporarily disabled. You’ll have to equip something else for now.

I didn’t not receive the no time to explain even though I have the deluxe edition. I’ve completed the part where you get your stasis sub class and talk to the stranger to receive the weapon. Any help on this?

Same as everyone else, I pre ordered the deluxe edition of Beyond Light, I received nothing apart from the pre-order bonuses. I had to pay extra for the season pass as it wouldn't unlock for me, I don't have the sparrow, nor do I have no time to explain. Nobody is responding to my posts, and considering I paid extra for this and with the sheer amount of people having this issue, its unacceptable. Im sure im not the only person to have mistakenly bought the season pass also, the least bungie could do is address this issue for all platforms.

I preordered the Deluxe Edition for Beyond Light, and despite reading that my Stranger's Weapon Pack should he waiting for me at the Postmaster, my Postmaster is empty. Is there a way to fix this?

So I spend my hard earn money for a dlc not to mention the delux edition and not get the dlc so now I have to buy it with all the money I have tied up in this game and you take away the one thing I look fort to every season makes me mad words can't describe that fact that I've invested so much money for something that not going to give me thing I deserve oh and I ever pre order the game when it first came out not when it was free so this feel like a big almost 500 dallor investment and idk if I was to play your games again I like to have the money I payed for and you stole from me threw out these years -blam!- you bugine for -blam!-ing me over 😒
