Bungie are aware of it, for now you will need someone that already has preservation unlocked to launch the mission for you.

I believe I suffered a ddos attack. I was playing in trials just 15 minutes ago and we were winning 2-0. At the beginning of next round we downed 2 of the players and all of a sudden everyone started walking into walls. My discord went to 5000ms ping and I was kicked from the game and my router turned off. I tried turning it back on but it isn’t receiving any signal as I am on the phone with my internet provider and they are saying they aren’t receiving any signal. I want to mention my router never does this, but it just so happens that it did during that game. I have a name of one of the guardians I suspect to have done this, and I apologize if there are false accusations being made, but their name is Tidus#0723

When the game was first sunset, i had lost every exotic and legendary in both my inventory and more than a page worth of both in my vault. I assume it was a glitch and that bungie is not interested in helping considering i have tried everything i can think of to try and correct it. All i was peft with was a coldheart. If anyone knows of any way to help then it would be greatly appreciated. I have since gained a few minor items but nothing compared to what i had and dont feel thw game is as fun anymore. I atleast want something useful so i dont feel cheated. Can anyone help me?

I bought light fall and it says it comes with season 20 but i login and it still shows the battle pass is locked ?

I logged into Xbox while I had my strand subclasse from Ps5. Since I didn’t have dlc the game bugged out and now I do not have any subclass and can’t jump nor sprint. Cannot change classes even with DIM

I just completed spire of the watcher solo for the first time to get to guardian rank 11. It did not give me challenge completion though. I spent the past 4 hours on this. How can this be remedied?

Solo triumph requires a single full run from fresh to finish, without error coding/checkpointing/black screen->respawning. Your run was done from a checkpoint and as a result doesn't meet the requirements. https://dungeon.report/pgcr/13033205932

So because I left to get raid banners from the tower, I dont get the completion? Why is there no warning? Nothing indicating that this would happen? Is there anything can be done, that way I dont have to do it again?

Thanks for the information. Just like that, I think its time to go back to call of duty and delete destiny. That is absurd. Especially for those who get errored. Considering the amount of errors that go on in this game, it should be allowable with checkpoints.

when I enabled cross save it linked to the wrong ps5 account and now i cant unlink it to switch it. how do I go about this? thankyou

You who have to disable cross save first. Then you can unlink the unwanted account.

Really disappointed currently with the game at the moment. I have a really urgent issue to do with SMS validation and I don't know what to do as many of my current quests require it. I've tried to do every resolution on the internet and nothing has solved it. Can't even contact bungie and I am very confused. Really close to quitting not gonna lie if I cannot solve.

Unfortunately players only receive one name change at this time. More name changes may be available in the future.

What would you do if the name change wont work yet you've never changed your name? It instantly gave me an error and now It says I only get one name change?

Have you tried other names you would be ok with using within Destiny to see if they work? They've been quietly updating the filter and its been catching people out with it saying [settings saved] and not changing, or just flat out not doing anything.

I used my gamertag thats associated to my xbox account.. it even recommended it. Yet it wouldnt work.

Your name might be hitting the filter because it is fairly similar/is a real name which isn't allowed under the naming policy.

Everyone gets one name change, once its used thats it. Bungie haven't announced any plans to give people another one, and they don't make exceptions to give people a token.

Having an Issue with Cross save All accounts have been authenticated and connected correctly, however no characters appear and Silver Balance are 0 But when I click on Disable CrossSave, it shows my accounts with the correct silver total and the characters i have available. Any help on how to fix this so i can access my other characters?
