Hello i wanted to cross save my playstation account to my xbox account but i did the exact opposite and now all my stuff are gone when i deactivate the cross save i get a 90 day suspension i can't deactivate is there any way i can get my account back ? Asap i don't wanna miss the season

Unfortunately there is no way to bypass the 90 wait period. The only way to switch active accounts is to deactivate, wait 90 days, Reactivate.

I redeemed a transmat effect code and it says success I’ve unlocked it but it is not at the cryptarch when I load into the game. How do I resolve this?

I did the first quest of Savathun campaign but it didnt give me the possibility to talk to Ikora and give me the Relic quest to unlock the weapons deepsights ... then i tried again and at the end of the mission it goes back to the space. If i go to my quests i dont have it so the crafting is locked. Is there anything i can do ?

someone entered my account and deleted everything i had on it. Hi!, well today i suffered an account stealed (my steam and bungie account) so i appealed to get it back, i got it back but when i logged in the guy that robbed it deleted everything on it, characters, weapons, everything, i wouldn't think so but, is there a way to get that stuff back? like a rollback at some point of the stuff or something like that? i will wait for your kind response and thank you. i have proof of the stuff being on the account and later on it is all deleted, if theres a way to do it please let me now, thanks ;(

I need help with my Bungie account and I don’t know who to talk to. I’m trying to set up crosssave on my Destiny 2 account but it is saved to a PS5 account I no longer have access to. How do I unlink that account to link my new one?

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this, but I'll give it a shot anyway. I've gone through and collected all 40 eggs with Wish Ender, but it still says I'm missing one. I checked on Braytech, and it says it's the first one in the raid. But we did the raid yesterday, and I triple checked that egg. I definitely got it. I even put in the egg wish a second time, just to make sure. I found out afterwards that collecting the eggs on multiple characters is known to mess it up, and I'm pretty sure I've gotten a few on my hunter (I usually play warlock). Is there any hope for me? Or am I just out of luck on this one? I really wanted to get the title, but I'm also having trouble with the ascendant challenges. I swear I've done them all at least 5 times each, and apparently I'm still missing one. These are the last two things I need for the title, and I'm not really sure what to do at this point.

I purchased Lightfall + Annual Pass bundle and still can't gain access to the season pass rewards. I spent alot of money to get these rewards. It's telling me I have to spend 1200 silver to unlock it even though I bought the pass bundle. Please help!!

Hi, I changed my bungie name with the one bungie name change given but I regret it and I was wondering if there is any way I could change the name back to my original name. This said original name was "The Stormz Doge."

Hi I was recently in a nightfall and got all the way to the boss fight with my fiance and some random player we matchmade with. I know this is probably really dumb to ask at all but is there any better way to make sure a member of the community is banned besides reporting them? They barraded us with stuff in the chat and I screenshotted them almost all of it and he even called my wife a -blam!- and was claiming I was carrying her through while she was doing just as good as I was. He also admitted multiple times in the chat that he was trolling the whole time because I called him out for sitting AFK the whole game after he accused my fiance of that exact thing I have his Bungie profile screenshotted, the chat screenshotted with his name included, I just know that reporting people doesn't really ever get anything done unless it's mass report. I just don't feel like this should be acceptable

The same thing happen to me as well I may only have 1 character (Warlock) but I’ve put in EXACTLY 1,115 hours into D2. I’m pretty sure your a D2 Vet as Grinch. All I’m saying is if I don’t get my warlock back I’m never playing another game made bungie ever again because I’ve put in to much time into D2 just for them to take everything I’ve earned away from me.

im no VET but i have also put in like 1500 hr in this game i have played almost all bungie games but this is the first time something like this is happening hopefully it gets fixed fast and nothing is lost especially as it is a weekend
