Hi bungee sorry to be a bother but I am a little upset because I am on the 6th step to darkness in the light to obtain the malfeasance and I completed defeating the opposing 25 guardians beforehand and today recently I have defeated four opposing guardians three different times (the first game we lost so I thought it was because of that but we won the second time and I still haven't gotten the malfeasance and I tried again for a third time and still didn't get it

Hi, I created a steam account and linked it to my main account, which resulted in it completely taking over my main account (de-linked the companion app, erased my Bungie friends, erased all of my purchased emblems, while still maintaining all of my game progress and currencies such as silver). How exactly do I get everything back to normal?

Hi, I bought the phoenix fall ornament with bright dust but it won't let me apply the ornament to my character. Do you know how to fix this?

Destiny 2 got corrupted out of nowhere. What the hell? It was acting fine and then the -blam!- game breaks, and it asked me to reinstall it when i had it IN the game, then when i did it asked for a full reset This has been going on for an hour, and it came out of nowhere It told me it couldn't read my file, and that it was corrupted and -blam!- crashed the game. Please, please help me.

Can anyone from Bungie please address the missing Prime Gaming loot issue? There's a whole thread about it and it's been two months, still no fix or answer. Contacted Amazon and they said the devs are responsible for giving out the items and there's nothing Amazon can do. Am tired of losing loot items even though I've tried everyhing (linking/ unlinking accounts, logging in and out of game, etc.)

Mu stasis memory fragments had dispeared from my Vault hey everyone, I am currently unable to get more stasis fragments bounties from the exo stranger. And I need 7 more to finish unlocking them. It had been a few months now since exo stranger had stopped giving the bounties. (fyi l had already completed what bounties I had 2 months ago). I was building up my pile of fragments in my vault but it had disappeared what do you recommend for me to do? How do I fix this? I have already checked the abandoned quest at the tower but got no results

Why the hell am I getting banned for lagging when I get 50 or lower ping on games like Fortnite? Tell me how that is an "internet issue" Especially when my game ran fine before Beyond Light came out? How can 90% of content be sunset and it cause MORE LAG? It can't be the wifi because it has never done that with any other game. So explain why the servers are useless and I get banned for it?

Can you explain why my console will crash in Gambit and PvP lobbies? Can't be the console because my friend used the same one that was older and had more storage used up but her never crashed. Same internet as well. 3 out of 4 players were constantly crashing out of the lobby in Gambit. It would crash the entire console to be useless.

Hi, I preordered beyond light on console and have already played through it and have the pre-order stuff from it. However, I uninstalled the game and came back to it after a few months thinking I’ll get back into it. After reinstalling, it shows all of the content and expansions except for beyond light. I still have all of the pre order content able to be downloaded and installed, but the actual expansion itself for some reason wants me to buy it again. Any advice?

Sounds like xbox removed your license for beyond light. You will need to contact Microsoft.

Is there a way I can transfer the purchase to my computer or get a refund so I don't have to buy it again and spend money again?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The license is only compatible on the platform it was purchased for. Any returns need to be handled by the retailer you made your purchase through.

My game chat is not working and I’ve checked all the sound settings they’re all right and I can talk in game chat and they can hear me but I cannot hear them I have contacted my Internet provider and I have opened up my port and nothing has changed I’m uninstalling the game and reinstalling it what else should I do

You saw that I had bought forsaken and shadowkeep on my play 4 but it stopped working and I had to go to PC and use the crosssave but the DLC did not pass me that is normal?
