This email is connected to two PlayStation accounts. This account is not the one I use for destiny. How do I fix which account is connected?

An email can only ever be used for a single PSN ID. If you’re having trouble recovering your PSN ID, you’ll have to reach out to PlayStation customer support.

I did the leviathan raid in destiny 2 and I didn’t get any rewards

I bought the Exotic Ghost shell from Tess eververse (the one that detects caches in every planet) and I tried to transfer it from my Titan to my Warlock and it disappeared and hasn’t came back. Any idea what I need to do?

Check each of your character's vaults and inventories (in game). Items will be transferred through the vault before going to a character.

I am a Destiny 1 player and I have been unable to complete the Kings Fall Raid for almost 3 years, all I want is the Ascenant Plane Shader and I have a Raid checkpoint on Daughters, with nobody to join or help me... Is there any way you could either extend my time? Or give me the Shader? I beg of you to try and do something about this... I don't care if you send me a team of people to help me complete the raid, I just want to get the Harrowed Darkhallow Helm to get that shader. So please.. Considering how hard it is to contact bungie on this subject I almost have assumed they are fine with it. The offenders gamertag is [REDACTED] Jumping 150ft in the air with auto headshots seems a little unfair, but I highly doubt anything will be done about it. This is an old game, I saved the match but again, highly doubt you guys will do anything about it. With how hard it is to report this, it seems whoever is now in charge of Bungie is cool with people wasting there free time getting massacred lololol but seriously I'm about to ask for a refund on my subscription because of this and I will be contacting Microsoft if I run into this player again. Hey Bungie I was a really big big fan of playing destiny and destiny 2 but I stopped playing destiny 2 cuz it started to get a little bit boring. This is my opinion and I have many friends that agree with me and you guys should stay with still updating destiny 2 but adding trials of Osiris back in destiny 1. The destiny universe would be back

Why are my characters deleted and what are you guys going to do to bring them back to me i worked very hard, i was an active player and played almost every day then my ps4 died on me well i just got a new ps4 and went ro log in, my account shows ive been a member for over a yearyet all my stuff is gone?

If you are logging into the same account you've always used or had the characters on and the characters are not there then someone has deleted them. If it wasn't you then you'll need to change your passwords just in case. Bungie do not restore deleted characters.

On my account it shows no characters but i think its confused nc all of my stuff is still in my vault lol. Sorry for the inconvenience i figured it out.

There has been noone to delete them and i change my password frequently i know how to keep my accounts secure ive play world of Warcraft for many many years.

Well if you didn't do it then that leads to either a friend doing it thinking it's a prank and you'll get them back or someone has had access to your account. Whatever the reason bungie won't give you your characters back.

I can’t actually play the game, I have all the expansions but all I need it the game. However the game isn’t sold separately so I have the taken king and the rise of iron but the game is stuck in the free trial and I can’t play any content.

Currently the base Destiny game is only available digitally as a part of the Destiny - The Collection bundle. Alternatively you could pick up a disc from a local retailer.

If I was to purchase the collectors edition of destiny, having purchased the 2 expansions, will it still cost me £40 or will it only cost me the price of the base game?

Pretty sure it would be full price, but you will need to contact the console marketplace support for info on pricing.

The disc is the base game...so any disc will suffice. If you’re looking to purchase base game digitally, then you’ll need to buy Destiny:The Collection from your console store.

How do I transfer my curators from pc to ps4?

Unfortunately characters cannot be transferred between platforms. If you are switching to Pc you will be starting again fresh.

Bungie, i want a refund(in-game) for vanguard research tolens. I just recently got a reward engram from Ikora and when i collected it, the engram itself disappeared, nothing was in my vault or postmaster, not even in my inventory, can i please get either the item i was trying to get or the research tolens i spent?

I have been banned from destiny 2 for no given reason. I never cheated i never cursed never used any kind of exploints yet i have been banned out of my game. When i checked the reasons why i would have been banned the only one that relates to me is that i used discor but i had no clue that discord could get me banned please help me my friends are getting so far a head.
