Got a gift code for Forsaken yesterday and it still isn’t letting me get my content. I’m a clan leader and I am now getting left behind while my clan mates go through the story and excel while I remain at the bottom. Is there a way to fix this? I know several others had this problem and it has been resolved.

Just logged into forsaken and got permanently banned from all crucible game types, I've been playing since day 1 on the same account and all of a sudden when I log in I've been banned permanently?

This will need to be taken up with the retailer you purchased the content from. If you already purchased dlc 1 and 2 you would not need to purchase it again for Forsaken.

Xbox support told me to contact you... i have the transcript and everything. and yes you have i have recieved many calls from your support staff. Dont tell me you dont because that is a flat out lie. This is why you need to publicize your support number.

I keep getting error code chicken on pc when i boot up the game and its updated so i dont see the problem. But it wont let me connect to the character servers. And goves me that error code. It let me login on the second day when i wanted to test if it works now. Then as soon as i saw that i connected and everything was good, i left for work. I come back from work....same problem again. This is the fourth day now. Any idea how to fix this. Much appreciated. I just bought the forsaken dlc and warminds.

Is there something I can get to recustomize my characters cuse I kinda hate how two of them look like now, and I don't want to have to restart all over again and do like 3 campaigns before forsaken starts. I'm not the only one who would like this, and I've seen other games give the same option as well.

Awoken Legend Set is a Digital Deluxe edition exclusive, it can only be obtained by buying the Digital Deluxe edition, you won't be able to get it any other way. Cayde's Exotic Stash is a pre-order exclusive and can be obtained by pre-ordering any version of Forsaken, but will not be obtainable in any way past Forsaken launch, it will not be released at a later date, free or otherwise.

I bought $25 in silver for my warlock and titan in destiny on my xbox 1 but its not in my store....xbox tried to help but nothing and they see i paid for it and not used it....could someone please help with sum info
