I had the honors of the nine shader and have the flawless emblem but the shader does not show up in my collections.

Unfortunately if the item was not in your inventory or vault when collections launched, it will not be retrievable.

Could I still get the shader from dismantling an item that currently has it equipped.

I’m not sure if it is guaranteed. Many shaders are not guaranteed when dismantling.

Yes I had the season pass for both aswell but I guess I’ll just have to call them again and push harder maybe get my money back and just find a new game

The only thing that I want to say is if bungie is listening I love destiny 2 the forsaken dlc is amazing the guy that killed cayde is a great villian i haven't had this much fun in a very long time so I just wanted to let you know how fun your game and your company

Alright. Can you confirm or deny that you guys still give customer support to Destiny 1 anymore, or should I get rid of my game since I can't even LAND in game to play. I log in, I see my ship, I choose a destination, and I'm told that my connection to the server crashed. Every time. Same with my friends when they try to log in from their own consoles, in different states, (Before you try to say it's my connection, I've tested it completely, I have a 8ms Ping, 421 Mbps Download, and 225 ms Upload speed). I have a wired connection to my modem. I am able to play CoD Bo3 with no issues. I am able to even play Halo 3 with no issues. But Destiny is completely unplayable. If that is the case, I'm going to want my money back for buying the game AND the DLC.

Now that the update happened I can't get one of the Trials shaders and the Raid shader. Why is it that both my friends are able to access them but I can't? What can I do to get them back?

I keep getting error code boar and canary. This only happens on my account but not my girlfriends on the same Xbox. I can play on her account just fine but can’t get mine to go at all. What is the issue have I been hacked

Edited by Underfreshsans59: 9/14/2018 4:58:56 AMI was taken out of D2 so I was following a D2 player who at the time was holding a blue orb that came from a crashed tank on earth by the huge tunnel, well he went up the hill and has a machine/box thing that he put the blue orb in then cabal sponed in and I killed one and as soon as I killed it it logged me out saying that you must by forsaken so now I can't play as it says "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from PlayStation Store if you can help thank you
