I have tried and never received any feedback on the two glitches where I completed an ascending challenge and the gravetide summoner bounty and did not receive the reward for either How do I actually talk to someone who can help me? Your customer service sucks hard! And I will never ever ever recommend any game by your company to anyone Simply for the fact that you refuse to acknowledge that you’re screwing over loyal customers who dump 100’s of dollars on your games that malfunction more than they actually work.

I was recently banned from a game mode gambit, siting I had a bad ratio of quitting to completed matches. I understand the dictatorship approach of bungie but it may be appropriate to allow a way for a player to protest banning or restricting modes. Destiny help page states that banning or restricting is taken very serious and investigated thoroughly..? If so then it would have surely been known 2 of the at most 5 quits from game was due to lose of electricity, the other 3 were because your match making throws you into a game that's 2v4, already a round down, and with opposing team halfway through pirmevil boss. In one moment destiny 2 wants me to complete reward-able task of win streaks but puts me in a game that is surely a lose?? Fix matchmaking or actually THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE WHY PLAYERS QUIT IN MIDDLE OF MATCH. kinda like the support page says is done?

So I got kind of cucked out of a Forsaken boost by the glitch where the two guns from the introductory sequence get stuck in your inventory, i remade the character because i didn't want two dead inventory slots for my hunter and hey hey hey guess what now i have to pay 30 dollars or alternatively grind all the way through. I'm just not looking forward to playing through the entire hecking game again and grinding for loot and replaying things that i've done 4 times now lmao. anyways I know i'm being whiney and lazy but if i could get a boost that would be amazing. thx lmao.

Okay so I bought 500 silver but it doesnt let me use them because apparently i had -3400 silver and now it went down to -2900 and i cant even use them. I really feel like i got robbed here.

Hi I need help I'm kicked out of competitive mode and suspended temporarily which I think is bull they shouldn't do that but anyway my game timed out and lost connection that's why it left I didn't leave on purpose how do I get Bungie to unblock me

2 Valor Resets and no credit towards "The Beginning of the End"? This very long and tedious crucible quest asks for 5 Valor resets in one season, I have reset twice now and haven't gotten any progress towards it?

Try clearing your console cache then checking your tower map again to see if it still tells you to talk to Hawthorn.

Hi, not sure if you can help with this but I'm having a big issue with how the matchmaking works on crucible, competitive in particular. I struggle to find balanced teams as I consistently lose matches thanks to teams regularly letting me down. I'm always mvp on my team - or from the match itself if we actually win - and I feel like I've been robbed everytime I put in a good performance for nothing but a -30 points in my rank progress. Its disheartening and ruins the fun of the game as I need to get to fabled rank in competitive yet I'm forever stuck at brave. Whereas I have reset my valour rank twice just from trying to progress in my glory rank.

The quest may have rounded up near 99%. Try going back and getting a few more kills.

I purchased the destiny 2 forsaken annual pass from gamestop's and it went let me use it? How do I get it, because it has been almost a week and I can't get my money back.

The annual pass is for content that has not been released yet. Once you purchase and redeem your code you will have to wait for it to come out.

I have a Xbox code for the forsaken dlc and it won’t let me use it I’m not file sharing I’m have all dlcs it just won’t work and Xbox support can’t do anything about it I want it to work or my money back but can’t contact them at all it’s a joke

Any problems with console codes need to be handled by Xbox customer support. Bungie has no control over your console licenses.
