Hey opened a eververse engram and got an exotic arm but it never showed up in my bag or my collection. Is there anyway you can fix this? My psn is You_Never_C_Me, if you can't fix it then I understand but would like it fixed.

Hey there, This will have been an ornament for an item. Check your mods section of your inventory. It will have a use option on it, doing so will unlock the ornament for this item.

Hey My drifter quest (Alegiance Quest- Banking Motes) step wasnt working right and i see in the forum how yall are aware. But i deleted that quest because it wasnt working thinking i could get it back somehow and now its gone.... any help?? :(

I bought Destiny 2 at the midnight release, and I also bought the deluxe edition so I would have all the expansions. Yesterday, I bought the collector's edition brand new at Gamestop, where I work, in order to get the emote, emblem, and sword. After trying to use the code, it said it had been used. I contacted Sony, and they said it was used as well. I don't need the expansions, but I want the emblem and sword and emote I paid for. So how am I supposed to get it if the code from a BRAND NEW product is said to have been used? I bought it specifically for the dlc....please help! They said I could regenerate a code, and I have the receipt from purchase.

If you purchased new content that contained used codes, you will need to take this up with the retailer you made your purchase through.

I did, I just called them. But being that Bungie is the one who printed the code on the insert for my disc, there's no way for them to replicate that. So how to I get in touch with Bungie to receive my missing content? It's not like I'm just trying to get extra things, being that I own 3 different copies of this game. I just want what I paid for.

Been trying to help a friend get Luna’s Howl. Everytime we get a win streak we get kicked from the game. Doesn’t do it on any other game mode apart from on Competitive. Why is this? Shambles

How do I get the harbingers echo from the eggs if I already shot them all and did not receive it???

There’s currently a bug that prevents players from receiving it if they shot the eggs with multiple characters. Bungie is investigating a fix for this.

Hi, me and my friends love to play destiny 1 on xbox 360 we play almost every day trying to get good weapons armor and do rades and obtain everything but we started playing late and missed trials of osiris and iron banner and want the armor and weapons we just think that the gear is awesomandcoll and want tp get everything in the game but we can't get is there a way for us to get it i don't care if is a really hard quest everything is at 1 defence and attack we just want to obtain and use them for different things we also like the valentines and festival of the lost thing like the chocolate shell and the crimson shell and the emblems and that wolfhunter emblem. Me and my friends even created clan and stuff do do things like refer a friend but realized we couldn't do it. Im not asking some to take pity im not forcing we just wish we could get it and if you cant or dont anrt I understand I mean you probably get a lot of request like this but i'm asking if you can a least consider it and on the off chance that some at bungie see this and decides to do thanks.

Hey @kellogs, all of my weapons and armor in my vault are completely missing. I didnt notice until recently because i needed materials, and i cant because its all gone. The only things left in my vault are shaders, all of my weapons and armor are nowhere to be found, i could really use all the materials I could’ve gotten from those if i could dismantle them. I asked a couple of my friends and everything they had in the vault befor forsaken… havent been taken or disappeared. Just wondering if theres anyway to get all my stuff back?

I got the annual pass for forsaken and downloaded it but when I get on destiny it tells me that the required content has not been found then it asked me if I want to purchase it again....wtf

Did you buy he Forsaken separately? It is not included in the annual pass. This contains 3 small dlc drops to be released after Forsaken.
