I bought Beyond Light, but when I press the "Destiny 2: Beyond Light" Campaign next to Europa, it tells me to upgrade to the deluxe edition. Did I just waste $30?

I pre ordered beyond light and I didn’t get any of the pre order items then it asked me to buy it again so I did and now for the third time it’s asking me to buy it again even tho I’ve already finished the campaign. I uninstalled the game and the add ons multiple times but nothing seems to work.(Xbox)
