1 ReplyBungie, this is the second time my name has been changed automatically within the past 2 weeks. Now I do not have anymore name changes and am stuck as a random guardian. Please fix this

I have two issues right not I collected all the travelers light for the exotic weapon khvostov I got the achievement for collecting all of the but it will not let me turn one of them in, nor will it let me retrieve the travelers light it won’t let me turn in. I also did the mission for the fragment of mending and did not receive the fragment. It will not let me do that mission over either. So I’m stuck not having either and I completed the missions for them both please help!!

1 ReplyEdited by DarkRenowned: 6/8/2024 2:27:47 AMI finished final shape on campaign on normal first, then went back and did it again on Legendary; both with my Warlock, but afterward received no rewards from my ghost like an exotic or my legendary gear. (I claimed the emblem for beating final shape on legendary triumph). All my friends are alarmed and had no problems. I have not beat final shape with my Titan or my Hunter. Is this because part of the campaign I played solo and part I played with a fireteam?

2 Repliestheres HAS TO BE A WAY CALL THEM OR EMAIL THEM I WAS VAC BANNED FOR NO REASON AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RESPONDED TO MY APPEAL THEY SET THE DANG THING AS LOW PRIORITY WHEN IT HIGH PRIORITY.......I PLAYED SAT MORNING THEN THE GAME CRASHED I GOTO BED WAKE UP 2 HRS LATER AND I SEE IM BANNED.

1 ReplyThis sucks. I have played Destiny since day 8. I want to finish it out. I want to purchase the Final Shape with annual pass. But I will be switching consoles, and I have cross save enabled for my laptop ( when I travel) will the purchase still be valid if I buy it through Sony on a ps4 and then switch to ps5. Simple question, but because of your lack of actual customer correspondence, it's been forever. One simple phone call, and hey guess what, done in 30 seconds!
