That would likely depend upon the nature of the failure and the nature of the fix :-) If one can scroll right but not left in a Friends list, that's a failed test (the test being to scroll your Friends list). It's also a problem which is likely fairly easy to fix.

Right, but look at the reviews: overwhelmingly and strongly negative. There is not "a fix" for this game.
