What's the best high impact scout rifles for PvP and PvE available in Age of Triumph in your opinion?

Cocytus for pvp hand of judgement/keystone with explosive rounds for pve (they'll 1shot the shanks in WOTM

1 ReplyThe easiest to get is probably Badger or Keystone, but heard good things about Hand of Judgement (House Judgement ranking up) and Chaos Dogma (WotM, I quite like it).

2 RepliesBadger for PvE, excellent weapon. Look for life support/explosive rounds/additional damage perks. I get one now and again from the Sunrise bounty. Also note that there's a full auto Keystone being sold by Dead Orbit, maybe ok for the likes of combined arms, too much kick for my liking though.
