[i]A rather calm, yet gentlemanly and polite voice had spoken. From behind the guardian was an extremely tall man, who stood at 301cm, or around 9'8. He had a tanned skin complexion and his salt and pepper hair was combed back. He had a slightly wrinkled face with ocean green eyes that revealed his age, but that did not bother him as such. The tall man wore a white double breasted suit with a tear at where the left tricep would be and some grime on his right shin. It seemed he had been in some scuffle.[/i]

"I do not know where a tailor is..." Mark said, looking up at the man who towered nearly four feet talker than him. Havoc appeared, "I suggest going a few blocks and a right. There's one there." [spoiler]I just made that up. I'm not sure if there is a tailor there. Let's assume there is.[/spoiler]

[i]The Man had pointed his finger in the direction of where he presumed the tailor was and in a single instant, not even visible to the naked eye a small, focused beam of light was fired from his fingertip, bouncing off reflective surfaces until it punctured through multiple walls and hitting the tailor square in the chest, putting him in critical condition. The beam had vanished when it hit the tailor however, so it was not just bouncing all over the place.[/i] "I shot that tailor because he is a plebe child, like yourself who does not deserve to place his or her hands on this very suit." [spoiler]He can manipulate light. Hence why the shot was so god damn fast.[/spoiler]
