Im not basing this off of gameplay, its based off of lore. Ever seen anything from ESO: TU? I probably should have clarified this is lore and possibility based and not based off of the gameplay directly. If Mannemarco can steal souls and enslave them to fuel the Coldharbor Anchors, then battle mages can defeat a group of OP briggands.
