He struggled against the ice, his augmented body fighting against it to free him.
His body temperature began to rise in response to the ice.

"Let me guess...Dojo? Is it? They sent you here to kill me? My, vengeance is rather an unhealthy thing don't you think?" She asked Can. His body seemed to be freezing but there wasn't actually any ice coating him. It just felt like someone injected ice water into his blood stream and it continued to flow and freeze his entire torso and legs.

He remained silent, glaring at her as he attempted to move. His augmentations were working overtime to try and counter whatever this was.

"Nothing to say then...?" She asked him as her eyebrow raised itself a little. "Too bad. Ah, well. It doesn't matter. You're a man who tried to kill me, wouldn't be the first one nor are you going to be the last...heh. But, I'm a woman who just LOVES games. Any kind, really. This game...? I think I will enjoy it quite a bit." She told Can as she backed away. He felt his body release itself as he fell to the ground. There were no guards around, yet. But he still had no idea what the woman was capable of besides whatever she had done now. "Do you like games, Canny?" She asked him now.

He stumbled slightly, regaining his footing. "I don't play with witches. Or homicidal psychos that kill their own family. Bad for my health."

You are playing the game now whether you like it or not." Diana began to pace to the centre of the room, but then turned back to Can. "How about this canny? I won't tell anyone what happened here. Mmmm, I won't indeed. You can continue your mission. Kill me! Try it, it will be entertaining. But now, this wolf will bite back. And when I do...you won't have the chance to lick your own wounds..." Diana threatened Can as her words emphasized the final sentence. "Or, you leave! Go! Quit the game. You'll disappoint me quite a bit though..."

He raised an eyebrow. "You're insane." He said, laughing.

"Maybe a little." Diana admitted. She looked at Can with squinted eyes. "But life needs to be a little crazy for it to be any fun."

"I know crazy. You aren't crazy, you're kriffing sadistic." He growled.

"Even better then!" She said with a laugh. "Any who, there is an adorable little girl waiting for you to accompany her on her initiation. You best be going then." Diana told Can as she backed away further from him.

Cannon turned to leave, extremely annoyed that she was playing this like a game.

He could hear her laughing away to herself as he exited the compound and entered the village. At the end of it, near the cave exit, he saw the familiar black haired girl jumping in excitement ahead.

He hurried towards her, not wanting to keep her waiting. "Sorry I'm late." He apologized.

"CANNED RICE!" She exclaimed as she hugged his arm. She got in the habit of calling him many different names over the last week. "Are you ready for an...ADVENTURE?!"

"Sure am!" He replied, forcing a smile. "How about you?"

"Is that even a question?! Of course I am! Let's go, let's go!!!" She exclaimed as she grabbed Can's wrist once more and ran(with Can being dragged behind her) into the cave exit.

Cannon followed (not having a choice), and laughed. "Where to first?"

"What? Oh, right!" Bella quickly dug through her small bag as the two exited the cave and entered the lush green forest. She pulled out a map from the pack and opened it in front of her and Can. It illustrated the entire east side of the woods, but not the west. A small area was circled in red which drew Can's attention. "Okay...so it looks like they are in this general area." Bella said as she pointed to the circle on the map.

"Then I guess we should head there first." He suggested.

"I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING!!!" Bella told Can in excitement as her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree.

She smiled wide at him as she reached for his sleeve again. Then, the two were off. Judging by how far the two walked, Can was able to piece together the fact that they had entered the radius marked on the map. But, Bella had something to say. It seemed sort of out of the blue but the question was genuine. "Hey...Can. Why...why did you join the clan?" Bella asked him rather randomly.

He thought for a second, trying to decide how to answer without blatantly lying. "I don't know... I guess because you were sone of the only strangers to not treat me like garbage?"

Bella stopped for a moment. She looked up at Can with innocent eyes. "I...see. But you had no idea what we do! You accepted the thought of Majora so easily! Why?" She asked him now. One of her eyebrows furrowed slightly.

"I don't know. I've never really thought much about religion before." He shrugged.
