There was no response from any of the people. Among them were several mauled corpses, grey and shriven. The wood on the cart was also darkened, scorched in some areas.

He crouched over one of the corpses "Now...what happened here?" He asked himself
-
It had a dark blue-ish skin, shiveled and aged with vacant stares into nothingness. The non-corpses on the otherhand were beginning to stir, pained moans and groans coming from several of them, debris and their own cowls obscuring their faces.

He drew a small dagger from his belt, a dark black and looking like it was made of crystal. "Who are you?" He got up and took a few steps back

The folks didn't seem to notice, slowly, and shaklily, getting up. Their hoods and cowls were taken down as they got up. There were four Kajiit, all having more panther and lion-like appearences. Three of them male and one female. They all wore what looked like heavier cloaks and garb, something someone would wear in the cold. Along with them was a male nord with long, blonde hair and a beard that made him look like Thor. He too wore heavier clothes, but his bulky arms were bare. Along with the rest of them were two Argonians, clad in mage's robes. One was male and had black scales and orange eyes. The female had dark green scales and yellow eyes. They all appeared shaken up, the Kajiit more then the other three.

"Hey! I'm talking to you!"
-
Two of the Kajiit, a male and the female, looked at him strangely before looking around at the others, as if making sure they were all there. Most were on their feet by then, the ones who weren't were being helped up. Eventually one of the Argonians looked over to him. "Answer a few questions of ours and we'll tell you who we are." he said, sounding suspicious, and almost nervous. He was holding his hand to his back, wincing. The others seemed to have injuries as well.
-
"I'm just a kid" he said, and his voice did betray youth
-
"And we are just traders." one of the Kajiit said as he was bandaging his companion's arm. He seemed to answer for all of them.
-
"What the hell happened?"
-
"Bad people did bad things and more bad things happened after the first bad things." the female argonian replied, sighing as she held a cloth to the male argonian's head, trying to get a smaller gash to stop bleeding.
