[b]Sub pulls a small piece of dried fruit from her pocket and offers it to the Vulpix.[/b]

"Vul!" [i]It immediately bites into the fruit and devours it, smiling when finished.[/i] "Vul! Vul!"

"Want some more, little buddy?" [b]She smiles down at it.[/b]

"Vulpix!" [i]It sniffs her coat, searching for more food.[/i]

[b]It quickly finds a pocketful of dried fruit.[/b]
-
It shoves its muzzle into the pocket and tries to eat all of the fruit.

[b]Sub lets it eat all the fruit, giggling.[/b]
-
[i]It eventually pulls its head out, licking its lips.[/i] "Vul!"

"Was that stuff good, little buddy?"

The vulpix nods and rubs up against Sub. "Vul! Vul!"

[b]Sub giggles some more.[/b] "You're just so cute, you know that?"

It nods and makes a chuckling like noise. "Vulpix!"

"Hey... You wanna try something sweeter than fruit?"

It nods again and nudges her. "Vul! Vul!"

[b]She reaches into her pocket, and puts a piece of chocolate in front of the Vulpix.[/b]

The vulpix doesn't hesitate to gobble up the candy. HP: +2 Atk: +0 Def: +1 SpA: +2 SpD: +1 Speed: +2 HP: 7 Atk: 5 Def: 6 SpA: 7 SpD: 6 Speed: 7

It looks up with a sad face, disappointment clear. "Vul...pix..." It whimpers and tears form in its eyes.

[b]Sub pets it, beginning to tear up from seeing it tear up.[/b] "Don't cry little buddy... If you cry... I'll cry..."

A few tears roll down its cheeks. "Vul....Vulpix..." It sounds sad as it curls up.

[b]Sub holds it close to her face, crying now as well.[/b] "I'm sorry little buddy!"

It continues to cry. "Vulpix...Vul...Vul..." It then sniffles and its head perks up, staring at a candy store across the road. "VULPIX!" It screams with excitement.
