.... Nah. They're friends
Glitch ignored the data pads, moving towards what was the engine room. She perked her ears up as she moved in an attempt to hear better

"...wait, why go into there?" Val could be heard asking. "One of your former crewmates has pleaded to rescue his daughter, and had been willing to fully support Cerberus in hopes of getting to you." The Assault Trooper could be heard saying. "Why not the Alliance? Why go to the Illusive Man for support, of all people?" Val responded. "The Illusive Man wishes to support the Dojo in hopes of returning Cerberus to good terms with the other species, and the Alliance." The Assault Trooper could be heard replying. "He's already starting with the Quarians on Rannoch. We just need you to go and rescue her." The door to the engine room was not locked, but required a bypass. A hacker such as Glitch could easily hack her way through this.
-
She decided against it, leaning her ear against the wall to hear what they were saying better
-
"Alright. Should we warn the Quarians about this? Or the Geth?" Val asked. "The Illusive Man is against the idea of warning the Admirals about this. He wants the technology to himself, allowing Cerberus to utilize Xen's tech aboard the ship. As for the Geth, they've already sent multiple ships to investigate the crash site." The trooper replied. "Where exactly is this crash site?" The sound of a hologram opened up, most likely of a galaxy map. "Deep in the Titan Nebula, on the Quarian colony of Merida. They're communications were jammed and the trajectory of the crash site lands them right in that area." The trooper replied. "Who should I bring with me?" Val asked. "Mr. Tallios could be of use considering the turians and quarians are on good terms. Your N7 friend is also recommended, as she could possibly allow authority only less than the Admirals themselves. We...also called Operative Minx and the Illusive Man's agent to help your mission." He says.
-
"What the hell..." Glitch commented, moving to the door and bypassing it
-
The door opened...and the barrel of a M-6 Carnifex landed on Glitch's nose. The Cerberus Assault Trooper simply looked confused at the entire thing. "Glitch, huh?" Val replied, lowering her gun. "Heard about you."
-
"Howdy..." Glitch said, looking up at Vel from her crouched position. "How ya doing?" She asked, smiling her signature goody two shoes smile
-
"Is she going to be a problem?" The Assault Trooper asked Valeria, who looked to Glitch. "No...she's just creeping around. Wanna join us or somethin'?" Val replied, the assault trooper almost dumbfounded for some reason.
-
"Saving someone in the name of helping Cerberus? Why exactly?"
-
"This isn't the Cerberus that did what they did on Demeter...or Terra Nova fro that matter. They're the Cerberus that's trying to clear their name by killing Brooks and her Cerberus. So...technically, they're trying to fix what Brooks screwed up. Plus, the Illusive Man has good intentions from what I see." Val replies, placing the gun away. "The Illusive Man has watched all of you since Brooks appeared on Horizon. He's helped you in ways you haven't even expected." The trooper said afterwards.
-
"Well then you can count me and the crew in. Whatever we can do to help."
-
"Right...we're leaving in about a day. Merrick and Silsia are too busy checking on their homes for any Cerberus activity to join us. Though...now that I think about it..." Val had replied, walking over back to the galaxy map.
-
"Noble, Ghost, Serendipity, and Scorch are out on a mission. So it'll just be me. Maybe Talath."
-
"Alright, then...you wanna sleep here?" She asks, as the trooper went ahead of the two and left the ship.
-
"You guys got any room?"
-
"Yeah. Living quarters are nearby." She replies. "I'm going there anyways to get some sleep."
-
"Lead the way...." Glitch commented, looking around the engineering Bay
-
"Sure..." Val replied, looking toward the drunk Turian in the room. "Oh god, they've were watching a marathon of "The Mercenary Ring, weren't they?" Glitch could hear Val respond to herself, as she turned off the show, the galaxy map reverting back to showing the galaxy.
-
"You can watch movies on a Galactic map? I didn't know that! Certainly interesting..." Glitch commented, getting up to her feet and stretching
-
"It was Merrick's idea. Had me and a few Alliance engineers add it in, back when we were dry-docked on Noveria. Quick run and all." She replies, opening up the living quarters. A small child of no less than 8 could be seen sleeping peacefully on a bed on the far side of the room.
-
"Not a bad idea. 3D TV seems interesting."
-
"Yeah. Had a chance to talk with one of the pilots while there. Part of the Normandy; told me that when he wasn't busy 'killing every single evil bug or robot in the galaxy', he'd usually limp to the galaxy map and watch some TV with the yeoman they had." She responds, chuckling at the memory. "Make yourself at home." She replies, walking back to where the child was.
-
"Thanks... Any tech I can tinker with possibly?"
-
"...Check out the ship. I'm sure there's something you could mess around with. Just as long as we wake up tomorrow, I'm completely fine with you messing this ship around. Night." She replies, going out of the room, leaving the hacker on her own.
-Explore the ship -Sleep (Timeskip)
"Cool, cool..." Glitch whispered to herself, almost excited as she moved through the rooms and halls of the ship looking for something interesting

One room contained some Geth equipment, and strangly, some sort of strange cube. This most likely was the room of a Geth...or one crazy person. Another, near the engine room, contained a small plethora of various techfrom various species, whether it be STG, Asari, Turian, human, Geth, quarian, or experimental krogan tech, strangely. The armory might also be worth checking out...
