Some cities have a huge homeless problem. I live in Hawaii. It's no ghetto where I live but other cities actually put homeless people on planes and fly them here so they aren't there anymore. If your city doesn't have a homeless problem then it's probably one of the cities that provides this wonderful service for us. Thanks for that.
